Visit the upper chamber of Parliament in its temporary location, the former Ottawa train station. Please arrive 25 minutes before your tour time to allow for security screening.

How to Get Here

The Parliament Buildings are located in downtown Ottawa. You are welcome to visit more than one site, but please ensure you have the required tickets and allow time to move between buildings and pass through security screening, which may include registration and/or scanning. Screening procedures vary by site. Please review the tour pages or contact us at 613-996-0896 or tours-visites@parl.gc.ca if you have questions.

Parliament is served by the O-Train (Line 1) and several bus routes. Please consult OC Transpo for routes within Ottawa or the Société de transport de l’Outaouais for routes from Gatineau.

There is no parking available at the Parliament Buildings. A number of private and city lots are located nearby, and there are bike racks and on-street parking in the area.
